QUANUX VENTURES LLC // SYMPHONY PLUGIN

Plugin terms.

The official Symphony integration is open-source software. Its licenses preserve your freedom to use and adapt it.

Prepared October 23, 2026. Effective when published by QuanuX.

1. Publisher and scope

QuanuX Ventures LLC publishes the official Symphony plugin, maintained in Symphony Codex IPC/MPC and Skills. This notice covers that integration. Symphony itself, independently operated installations, third-party clients and services may have their own applicable licenses or terms. The plugin uses MCP, the Model Context Protocol, to connect an AI client to an installation selected by its operator.

2. Open-source rights

The plugin source is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3, included in the repository LICENSE. Bundled third-party components retain their own licenses and notices. Your rights to run, study, modify and redistribute the software, and the conditions on those activities, come from those licenses.

This notice does not replace those licenses, impose additional restrictions on their rights, or restrict how users compose their own Symphony systems. If this notice conflicts with an applicable open-source license, that license controls the licensed software. This notice does not create a paid service or support subscription.

3. Alpha availability, warranty and liability

The plugin is an Alpha release. Features, client compatibility and installation requirements may change. Availability of a command does not establish that a connected service is healthy or that an operation will succeed. No service-level commitment, continuous availability, compatibility guarantee or maintenance obligation is offered by this notice.

The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in sections 15–17 of the AGPL apply to the plugin as provided under that license, subject to applicable law. Third-party components are governed by their own license terms. Nothing in this notice excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, or changes a separate written agreement that expressly applies.

4. Your installation and connected applications

You choose the Symphony installation, AI client, permissions and integrations used with the plugin. Installing it does not grant access to another party's systems, credentials or data. Native installation permissions and the selected client's controls continue to apply. Configuration and administration can affect files and services selected by the operator.

The local bridge is not a QuanuX-hosted Symphony service. Information returned through a connected AI client may be processed by that provider under its own terms and settings. QuanuX's data practices are described in the privacy notice. Separate provider fees or agreements are not included in this plugin notice.

5. Removal and updates

You can disable or uninstall the plugin through your client. Uninstalling may retain local connection profiles, and does not automatically erase changes in your Symphony installation, client conversation history or records retained by another provider. Use the relevant installation and provider controls for those records.

QuanuX may publish updated versions of this notice with a revised date. Updates do not revoke rights already granted under an applicable open-source license. A separate service or commercial arrangement requires its own applicable agreement.

6. Contact

For plugin questions, use QuanuX Contact or email duncan@quanux.org. Please do not include credentials or private installation data in public GitHub issues or an initial support message.
