Privacy notice.
How we handle information when you visit QuanuX, sign up for Symphony launch updates, or contact the QuanuX Private Client Group.
Effective and last updated: October 1, 2026
The essentials: We use the information you provide to respond to your request and, when you opt in, send Symphony launch updates. We use Cloudflare, HubSpot, and Google Workspace to operate these services. We do not sell submitted contact or inquiry details. You can unsubscribe or contact us about your information.
1. Who we are and what this covers
QuanuX Ventures LLC (“QuanuX,” “we,” “us”) is responsible for the information described in this notice. It covers quanux.org, our Symphony launch-interest list, QPCG inquiries, and related correspondence.
It does not describe data handling by independently operated Symphony installations or third-party websites. A separate client engagement or service may have additional privacy terms that explain its particular data handling.
2. Information we collect
- Launch interest: your email address, the signup source, and submission timestamps.
- QPCG inquiries: your name, email address, inquiry message, and any company or professional profile you choose to provide.
- Correspondence: information you include in emails and our responses.
- Submission and consent records: processing and email choices, submission identifiers, and the wording or version associated with those choices where recorded.
- Website and technical information: request and usage information such as IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, referral information, timestamps, and cookie identifiers, collected by our hosting and analytics providers.
Please include only what is needed to explain your request. Do not submit passwords, API keys, brokerage credentials, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through these forms.
3. How we use information
We use information to register and manage launch interest, answer inquiries, assess potential QPCG engagements, maintain our correspondence and contact records, understand website use, and protect the site against spam, abuse, and technical failures.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for requested launch-email updates; taking steps at your request before an engagement or performing an agreement for relevant inquiries and services; our legitimate interests in administering and securing the website and responding to business correspondence; and legal obligations where applicable. Nonessential tracking is subject to any consent required by applicable law.
4. Consent and email choices
The launch signup asks you to agree to processing your submission and separately opt in to Symphony launch updates. A QPCG inquiry asks for processing permission to handle the request; submitting an inquiry does not itself give permission for launch-marketing emails.
You can withdraw launch-email consent using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or by emailing duncan@quanux.org. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. We may still respond to an inquiry you initiated or send necessary correspondence about an engagement.
5. Sharing and service providers
We use service providers to operate the website and handle requests:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, request delivery, security and performance services, and D1 storage for signup and inquiry records.
- HubSpot: website tracking and analytics, contact and form records, subscription preferences, and email or inquiry administration when those features are used.
- Google Workspace: business email and related correspondence.
These providers process information in connection with the services they supply. Their own notices explain their wider processing: Cloudflare, HubSpot, and Google.
We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, or obtain professional advice subject to appropriate confidentiality. We do not sell submitted contact or inquiry details.
Links to partners, GitHub, documentation, and other external services lead to sites whose data handling is governed by their own notices.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. We consider whether launch communications are still requested, whether an inquiry or engagement remains active, legal or recordkeeping obligations, security needs, and the need to establish or defend claims.
When you unsubscribe, we may retain the minimum information needed to respect that choice and prevent unwanted reenrollment. Deletion may be subject to legitimate retention requirements and backup or recovery constraints. Contact us to request deletion or ask about the retention of a particular record.
8. Security and international processing
We use HTTPS for this website and administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
QuanuX is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, those requirements apply to the relevant processing and provider arrangements.
9. Your privacy choices and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent. You may also have a right to complain to your local privacy regulator or appeal a request decision where the law provides that right.
Email duncan@quanux.org with the request and the email address you used with us. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity or authority. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive information unless we arrange a suitable method. We will assess and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children’s information
This business website and its inquiry forms are intended for adults. Please do not submit children’s personal information. If you believe a child’s information has been provided, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the website and our practices change. The updated notice will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a material change.
